Re: OCSBBS Adds File Stamping to all Scanned Images Online

We are pleased to announce our latest enhancement to all scanned images on the OCS BBS website. To help link the documents you print to the index sheet, we've added an option for you to select a "stamped" PDF, which will include the document name (NRF, LFD, ROW, Plans, etc.), the MMS document number and the page number on every page of that document. The evidence of file stamping will show up in red, can be printed in color and is located at the bottom left hand side of the PDF document where the unique file number and pagination appears (e.g. Page 23 of 45). From the index sheet, the OCS BBS user has the choice of selecting the original MMS document without file stamping or you can choose the improved file stamped version with the PDF number that correlates uniquely to the index sheet.

Time to Sign Up - Deadline for Trial Usage

We have been offering trial access to these modules starting in 2005 for the Non Required Filings (NRF) and for the last two years for the Lease File Documents (LFD). If you have not already added the NRF and LFD modules to your existing license agreement, you will still have trial access to these documents until July 31, 2008. Beginning on August 1, 2008, any user still evaluating these modules will see "Trial Mode" displayed on the documents as shown in the example below.

Step # 3 - The "Stamped" version will add the items below in red to the PDF that will help match the document to the index sheet.
