The International Offshore Pipeline Workshop 2003 will be held on February 26 - 28, 2003 at the New Orleans Marriott Hotel, New Orleans, Louisiana, U.S.A.
The workshop is being hosted by the Minerals Management Service (MMS) and the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Research and Special Programs, Office of Pipeline Safety and organized by Project Consulting Services, Inc.

Sponsors include major oil and gas companies, offshore pipeline contractors, offshore service companies, and other related entities. The workshop is a true joint industry project (JIP) with a technical program being developed by a dedicated workshop steering committee. Representation on the steering committee includes MMS, DOT, primary sponsors, and industry experts.
